Ngày
15/05/1996 TC tuyên bố chủ quyền trên thềm lục địa cùng toàn quần đảo Hoàng-Sa
và ngày 25/12/2000 Việt-Nam ký kết dâng đứt quần đảo Hoàng-Sa cho TC cùng với
hiệp ước đánh cá trên biển Đông
Hành động
nầy của Hà-Nội đã tự tước đoạt quyền làm chủ đất nước Việt-Nam bằng hành động
dâng đất, dâng biển, dâng đảo cho giặc Hán.
Như
thế trên bình diện “Quốc Tế Công Pháp” chỉ còn có chính phủ Việt-Nam
Cộng-Hoà là có toàn quyền hành xử pháp lý trên hai quần đảo Hoàng-Sa và
Trường-Sa mà thôi
