During this wave of operations and during our follow-up plan, we need to fully absorb and implement a spirit of urgency and boldness by quickly exploiting new favorable conditions to gain even greater victories. We must place the greatest possible emphasis on annihilating truly large numbers of enemy troops while they are retreating or when they send in large relief forces … At the same time, building on our new tide of victories, quickly develop and expand your attacks in the previously designated sectors. Trong đợt hoạt động này và trong kế hoạch tiếp theo của chúng ta, chúng ta cần phải hấp thụ và thực hiện đầy đủ tinh thần cấp bách và táo bạo bằng cách nhanh chóng khai thác các điều kiện thuận lợi mới để giành được những chiến thắng lớn hơn nữa. Chúng ta phải tập trung cao độ nhất vào việc tiêu diệt số lượng lớn quân địch thực sự trong khi chúng đang rút lui hoặc khi chúng gửi lực lượng cứu viện lớn … Đồng thời, dựa trên làn sóng chiến thắng mới của chúng ta, nhanh chóng phát triển và mở rộng các cuộc tấn công của các bạn trong các khu vực đã chỉ định trước đó. Ở mỗi chiến trường cụ thể, dựa trên kế hoạch cơ bản đã được phê duyệt, bây giờ các bạn phải thực hiện kế hoạch đó với quyết tâm lớn hơn và táo bạo hơn.…
