Sau ngày hiệp định Paris Peace Accords 27/01/1973 đã được ký kết, quân đội Hoa Kỳ đã hoàn toàn rút ra khỏi Việt-Nam thế nhưng cộng sản giặc Hồ vẩn tuyên bố “chống Mỷ cứu nước”!

Sự xão trá, lừa bịp, láo khoét nầy chỉ có thể thấy trong ngôn ngữ của cộng sản giặc Hồ.

COSVN Party Current Affairs Committee Issues Information Bulletin No. 06/TT 73 on the Le Duc Tho-Kissinger Talks (17 to 22 May 1973)

After summarizing the points on which agreement had been reached during the talks and after predicting the date that the Joint Statement will be issued, the COSVN Party Current Affairs Committee stated:

Ủy ban Tuyên truyền Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam ban hành Bản tin Thông tin số 06/TT 73 về các cuộc đàm phán Lê Đức Thọ-Kissinger (từ ngày 17 đến ngày 22 tháng 5 năm 1973)

Sau khi tóm tắt các điểm đã đạt được thỏa thuận trong các cuộc đàm phán và sau khi dự đoán ngày ban hành Tuyên bố chung, Ủy ban Tuyên truyền Đảng Cộng sản Việt Nam tuyên bố:

“As a result of the struggle conducted by our people and by the people of Laos and Cambodia, of public opinion around the world, of the many problems that the U.S. is experiencing domestically, and of the U.S.’s having also become bogged down in Cambodia, the Americans have been forced to reach an agreement with us on measures needed to continue to implement the Paris Agreement in order for them to find a way to rid themselves of their Vietnam problem and out of all of Indochina.

“Do cuộc đấu tranh của nhân dân ta và nhân dân Lào, Campuchia, của dư luận thế giới, của nhiều vấn đề mà Hoa Kỳ đang gặp phải trong nước, và của việc Hoa Kỳ cũng sa lầy ở Campuchia, người Mỹ đã buộc phải đạt được thỏa thuận với chúng tôi về các biện pháp cần thiết để tiếp tục thực hiện Hiệp định Paris để họ có thể tìm cách thoát khỏi vấn đề Việt Nam và ra khỏi toàn bộ Đông Dương.

“However, we must also clearly recognize that:

“-The basic American plan to implement the U.S. policy of neocolonialism has not changed. The U.S. is still strengthening and reinforcing the South Vietnamese puppet army and puppet government in order to use them as tools in their efforts to sabotage the Paris Agreement.

“Tuy nhiên, chúng ta cũng phải nhận thức rõ rằng:

“- Kế hoạch cơ bản của Mỹ nhằm thực hiện chính sách thực dân mới của Mỹ vẫn không thay đổi. Mỹ vẫn đang củng cố và tăng cường quân đội bù nhìn và chính quyền bù nhìn của Nam Việt Nam để sử dụng chúng làm công cụ trong nỗ lực phá hoại Hiệp định Paris.

“-If the Joint Statement is signed, that will be a victory for our side and will be another step backward for the U.S. on the path to America’s defeat. The Americans are facing many problems in their overall situation, so they are being forced to find a way to assuage the worries of their people and to trick both U.S. and world public opinion.

“- Nếu Tuyên bố chung được ký kết, đó sẽ là một chiến thắng cho phía chúng ta và sẽ là một bước thụt lùi nữa của Hoa Kỳ trên con đường dẫn đến sự thất bại của Hoa Kỳ. Người Mỹ đang phải đối mặt với nhiều vấn đề trong tình hình chung của họ, vì vậy họ đang bị buộc phải tìm cách xoa dịu nỗi lo lắng của người dân và lừa dối cả dư luận Hoa Kỳ và thế giới.

“-We must be constantly vigilant against any and all duplicitous plots by the American imperialists and against any blatant, risky acts of sabotage by them.

“-The COSVN Party Current Affairs Committee has set forward a number of concrete, immediate missions that need to be carried out and it asks that our soldiers, civilians, and Party Chapters at all levels in the South aggressively carry out these missions as soon as the Joint Statement is signed.”

“-Chúng ta phải luôn cảnh giác chống lại mọi âm mưu gian trá của bọn đế quốc Mỹ và chống lại mọi hành vi phá hoại trắng trợn, nguy hiểm của chúng.

“-Ủy ban Thường vụ Đảng ủy Tổng cục Chính trị đã đề ra một số nhiệm vụ cụ thể, cấp bách cần phải thực hiện và yêu cầu quân đội, dân thường và các Chi bộ Đảng các cấp ở miền Nam tích cực thực hiện các nhiệm vụ này ngay sau khi Tuyên bố chung được ký kết.”
