Tiếp theo đây là những đập thủy điện đã được xây từ những năm 2001, 2006, 2007, 2009 trên con Sông Tonle San nhận nguồn nước từ Sông Mekong, con sông nầy có ba nhánh chảy từ đất Lào và Camobodia vào Việt-Nam. Đó là Sông Tonle Kong từ Lào, Tonle San và Tonle Srepok từ Cambodia.

Điều quái ác là con hoang cộng sản giặc Hồ xây một lúc 5, 6 đập thủy điện gần nhau trên cùng một dòng sông mà không có một kế hoạch bảo vệ dân lành từ những lần xả đập nước mỗi khi tầu cộng xả nguồn nước từ dòng sông Lancang (Lan Thương-Mekong) bên đất tầu tràn xuống miền Nam.
Áp suất của 14 cái đập nước trên thượng nguồn Sông Lancang-Mekong trên đất tầu cộng chung với những đập nước từ Cambodia bắt nguồn từ Sesan 2 Hydropower Dam bên Cambodia xả cùng một lúc đổ tràn chảy thẳng vào miền Trung phần Việt-Nam rồi khối lượng nước nầy cộng thêm với khối lượng nước của những đập thủy điện như: Thủy điện Se San 4A 2009, Thủy điện Sesan 4 2009, Thủy điện Se San 3A 2007, Thủy điện Se San 3 2006, Thủy điện Yaly 2001 đã tàn phá làng quê, giết hại dân lành, đồng bào Việt-Nam.
Có thể nói đây là một tội ác diệt chủng mà lũ con hoang cộng sản giặc Hồ sẽ không thể nào rữa cho sạch, nếu có kiếp luân hồi đám con hoang cộng sản giặc Hồ sẽ khó mà trã hay rữa cho sạch những tội ác nầy và nếu nghiệp chướng là đây thì cả đời con cháu của chúng sẽ không thể nào ngoi đầu lên được khỏi vết nhơ của cha mẹ chúng đã tạo nên.
