Dưới đây là những chuyến đi đêm của Pinocchio với cộng
sản giặc Hồ để phủi tay và xóa sổ miền Nam Việt-Nam.
Cuộc đàm phán bí mật giửa Hoa Kỳ và cộng sản giặc Hồ
đã khởi sự từ ngày 4 tháng 8 năm 1969.
Kissinger đã yêu cầu Xuân Thủy giử bí mật
tuyệt đối về cuộc đàm phán nầy.
Dẩn đầu phái đoàn Hoa Kỳ là Henry A. Kissinger để đàm
phán với Xuân Thủy và Mai Văn Bộ là hai nhân vật thuộc phái đoàn của cộng sản
giặc Hồ.
Mục tiêu của Xuân Thủy và Mai Văn Bộ là xóa bỏ nền Đệ
Nhị Cộng-Hòa hợp hiến hợp pháp do dân miền Nam bầu lên và thay vào đó là chính
quyền Mặt Trận Dân Tộc Giải Phóng Miền Nam, một chính quyền bù nhìn do cộng
sản giặc Hồ tạo nên tại miền Nam.
Chính quyền nầy đã biến mất sau ngày 30 tháng 04 năm
1975.
