Guo Wengui đã đưa ra tuyên bố về một chính phủ mới của China trên một
chiếc du thuyền (đoán như thế) gần tượng Nữ Thần Tự Do tại New York.
Mọi người có thể lấy bản tuyên ngôn nầy xuống dưới dạng PDF bằng
các ngôn ngữ Tàu, Nhật, Anh ngữ, Pháp, Tây Ban Nha, Deutsche. Ngoài ra
còn một bản nhạc do những người tàu gốc Quảng Đông sáng tác
"Feedom-Tự Do". Nếu qúy vị lưu ý sẽ nghe thấy chử Freedom-Tự
Do người tàu Quảng Đông phát âm như
