có đặt câu hỏi về tài liệu của BBC do Tiến Sĩ Nguyễn Tiến Hưng gửi đến ngày 21
tháng 1 năm 2024 tỏ ý nghi ngờ về việc Không Quân Việt-Nam Cộng-Hòa có thể bắn chìm
hạm đội Trung Cộng sau trận hải chiến Hoàng Sa ngày 19 tháng Giêng năm 1974.
Khi đọc lại và so sánh hai tài liệu từ BBC và bài viết
của ông Tràn Lý dưới đây cho thấy là ông Tràn Lý đã không đọc hết tài liệu
trong bài viết của Tiến Sĩ Nguyễn Tiến Hưng đã gửi cho BBC.
Trong
đó có đoạn nói đến một công điện mật của Kissinger đã gửi cho ông đại sứ Martin
tại Việt-Nam (Mật điện Bộ Ngoại giao 012641).
Nếu ông Tràn Lý đọc kỷ lại tài liệu từ BBC sẽ không phải đặt vấn đề về
tài liệu của Tiến Sĩ Nguyễn Tiến Hưng.
