Đây là buổi hợp chính thức của cộng sản giặc Hồ với Hoa Kỳ về hiệp định ngưng bắn Paris Peace Accords 1973 tại Hà Nội, từ ngày 10 tháng Hai năm 1973 cho đến ngày 14 tháng Hai năm 1973.

Từ cuộc hội thảo nầy cho thấy giặc Hồ đã gửi quân cùng trên 223 tanks hướng về miền Nam qua các ngả Lào, Cambuchia ngay cả vượt vỹ tuyến 17, xóa bỏ hiệp định Geneva 1954. 

Với trên 2000 lần vi phạm lệnh ngưng bắn xé bỏ hiệp định Paris Peace Accords 1973 mà cộng sản giặc Hồ đang thỏa thuận ký với Hoa Kỳ nhưng chưa xong.

strategic hamlets, a South Vietnamese Government program to counter Viet Cong control in the countryside. The government relocated farmers into fortified hamlets to provide defense, economic aid, and political assistance to residents. The hope was that protection from Viet Cong raids and taxation would bind the rural populace to the government and gain their loyalty. The program started in 1962, but was fatally undermined by over expansion and poor execution. By 1964 it had clearly failed.
