Jiang Zemin's Points of instigating folk's war emotion
before war
------Extracted from surveying conclusion by Sina.com
* On the battlefield there is only
the distinction between our side and the enemy side; there is no distinction
based on old, young, women, and children.
* If they are enemies, you must kill
and kill them all, no matter who they are, the old, the young, women, children.
* When the civilians of an enemy
country are mobilized, they become an army; they become enemies. I suggest that
our army should not let a single civilian of the enemy country survive.
* War is all about destroying the
enemy country. Since women and children are strategic resources of the enemy
country, they should be eliminated to forestall future troubles.
* Both the people and materials of
the rival countries at war are resources of war. Killing all, burning up all,
and taking all is not to blame.
* Ofcourse we should kill them. If
they were kept as prisoners of war, they would consume our military materials
and it's hard to tell if there is any spy among them. In a contemporary war, the
objective of the war is not labor forces; it is material resources.
* The best way to treat enemy
nationalities is to kill them once and for ever. This way we can obviate
completely the latent problem of their future retaliations.
* In a war one is first of all
responsibility for one's own safety and the safety of his partners. Everything
that can move is a potential threat and therefore a valid target for shooting.
Only the dead poses no threat.
* No matter who were involved,
women, children, or prisoners of war, they were all enemies. This is war. If
you want to survive, then you should remember this: "only the dead poses
no threat." Therefore, never ever cherish any woman-like benevolence!!
* As long as he is from the enemy
country, a woman, child, or prisoner of war may pick up a weapon and shoot at
you, so why not get rid of him when he is not capable of posing any threat to
you? I wouldn't wait for him to kill me. Even without an order from the
superior, I would kill them all. Doing this could also save food and water.
* You have to be extremely cruel and
merciless if you want to accomplish something big. As a superior, I would order
the soldiers to shoot at women, children or prisoners of war, because under the
cruel circumstances of a war, everything that can move will pose a threat to my
subordinates.
* Be merciless towards the enemy.
You have to eradicate them, men and women, the old and the young, with no
exception.
* In a war the only distinction is
our people and enemy forces. There exists no distinction between men and women.
If any poses any potential threat to us, then we'd kill one thousand innocent
people rather than letting a single dangerous element go away. Otherwise, we
will end up as unlucky ones.
* In a war, any enemy force should
be subject to elimination. Do you want them to press charges against you after
the war??"
* To exchange the lives of our own
soldiers for the safety of the ordinary civilians of the enemy country is
reflective of not only obsolete Confucian thinking but also irresponsibility
toward self and fellow soldiers.
* A battlefield is a God-forgotten
place. It does not need any philanthropist.
* A serviceman is first of all a
soldier who kills and secondly a human being.
* War is a hell of blood and fire.
It is not a religion. You've got to kill, kill, kill!!!
* A soldier's obligation is to kill.
Failing to kill is his failure as a soldier.
* Anyone who is lenient should to
shot, because the civilians he saves will kill his comrades-in-arms!"
* As long as he is not from Mainland
China, it does not matter what nationality, what skin color, it does not matter
if it is an old man, a child, or a woman, shoot him.
* Don't just consider the Japanese.
Even if they come from other countries, we should kill them all without any exception.
Killing is a serviceman's obligation.
* Any race that is antagonistic to
the Chinese people should be erased.
* The Chinese people is the greatest
people in the world. We should eliminate all other inferior peoples.
* The Japanese, western devils,
Chinese traitors, turncoats, whether they are women or children, the old or the
young, I would shoot even without being ordered to.
* The Japanese, Vietnamese, Indians,
Indonesians, Philippines, Malaysians and Americans, I would kill as many of
them as I could, with or without orders. As for other countries and races, I
would have to think.
* A fair end justifies means,
especially when it involves the Japanese, Vietnamese and Indonesians. I would
kill every one of them.
* If it were the Japanese, I would
kill all of them. I would erase them from the earth.
* If it were the Japanese, even if
the higher authority forbade shooting, I would slaughter them, from babies to
old men, everybody has to die.
* If it were the Japanese, I would
kill, even pregnant women, needless to say women, children and prisoners of
war. I'd kill them all!
* If it were Japanese women and
children, rape them first, then kill them.
* It were the Japanese, open the
bellies of the old people, peel the skin of the men, cut the hands and feet of
the children, rape and kill the women by cutting piece by piece.
* I would round up Japanese women
and give them to the soldiers to have fun with. When the soldiers have enough
of them, then the soldiers can kill all of them.

2005 Chinese Military Leader Speech To Chinese People,
A Warning To All Americans
War Is Not Far From Us and Is The Midwife of The
Chinese Century
Speech by Comrade Chi Haotian

Chinese Defence Minister

Summary of Chi Haotian's
speech on War of "Clean up American"
(Chi Haotian, a member
of Jiang Zemin's regent clique)
* We drew up some
conclusions at the study meetings of the Political Bureau, in which we were searching
for the laws that governed the vicissitudes of big powers and trying to sum up
the experience of Germany and Japan's rapid growth.
* When we make up our
mind to rejuvenate China according to the German model, we must not
repeat the mistakes they made.
* The United
States remains intact today because its homeland has never been devastated
by war. Once its enemy targeted its homeland, the enemy would have
entered Washington DC when the U.S. Congress finished its
prolonged debates and authorized its president to declare the war.
* Germany failed
in its attempt to be "King of the Earth."
Fundamentally, it is because history did not endow them with this historical
mission. However, from the Germans' experience of those years provide we can
draw three lessons to facilitate our endeavor to accomplish our historical
mission and realize our national rejuvenation: i.e. we should come to firm
grips with the issue of the people's living space, with the leadership as a
ruling party, and with the orientation of becoming "the King of the
earth." These three issues should always be kept in our mind.
* If only we can lead
the Chinese people in going out and solve China's problem of insufficient
living space, the Chinese people will support us. By that time, there will be
no such labels as "dictatorship" or "totalitarianism."
* Only by converting
the developed national strength into the force of a striking fist, only by
leading the people to go out, can we win the Chinese people's support and love
for the Communist Party. Thus, our Party will forever stand unvanquished and
invincible, our people will depend on the Communist Party and they will be
willing to follow the Communist Party, just as what is written in a literary
couplet that is to be found everywhere in rural areas: "Listen to Chairman
Mao and follow the Communist Party."
* Therefore, we are
determined to lead the people in going out even and to ensure the Party's
leadership position at the cost of fighting a third world war. At whatever
cost, we the Chinese communists will not withdraw from the stage of history!
* What is our most
important, correct orientation? It is to resolve the issue of America.
* Only places such as
the United States, Canada and Australia can provide us
with vast land for colonization.
* Therefore, resolving
the issue of America is the key to resolving all other issues. First,
it would be possible for us to make many people migrate there and even
establish another China under the same leadership of the Chinese
Communist Party. Actually, Americas were
discovered by the ancestors of us yellow race. Although Columbus and the white race were credited
with the discovery of the new continent, we the descendents of the Yan and
Huang are entitled to the possession of this land!
* The resolution of
"the American issue" would make the Western countries
of Europe capitulate to us, not to speak
of Taiwan, Japan and other small countries. Therefore, resolving
"the American issue" is a task assigned by history to us Chinese
Communists.
* Only by using special
means to "clean up" American will we be able to move the Chinese
people there. This is the only choice left for us.
* Even if half of the
population is gone, it will be reproduced. However, once the Communist Party
collapses, then everything will be gone, gone forever!
* What about the few
millions of our compatriots in the United States? The majority of them
have become our burdens, because they have been corrupted by the bourgeois
liberal values for a long time and it would be difficult for them to accept our
Party's leadership. If they survived the war, we would have to launch campaigns
in the future to deal with them, to reform them.
* Old comrades like us
cannot afford to wait that long, for we don't have that much time to live.
* It is really cruel
that one or two hundred million Americans have to die, but only by taking this
path can we usher in the Chinese Century, the century when the Chinese
Communist Party will rule over the world.
We don't want people to die, for we are revolutionary humanitarians. However,
if history insists on our making a choice: to let the Chinese die or to let the
Americans die? Is it more important to save the lives of hundreds of millions
of Chinese people or to safeguard the life of our Party? We have to choose the
latter.
* Our Party's Central
Committee believes, as long as we make a vigorous effort to resolve the
American issue, all of our domestic problems will be solved smoothly.
Therefore, although our preparation for the military struggle appears to be
aimed at Taiwan, actually it is targeted at the United States, far
surpassing the scope of attacking aircraft carriers and satellites.
